For those of you who know I'm doing P90x, I should probably point out weight loss wasn't and isn't really a goal. I haven't been on a scale since I started, and have actually been within a consistent 10lb range since high school. I was instead looking to change my, well, composition :)
Even with that being the case though, I ran across this P90x blog posting talking about fitness and weightloss from the inside out. Thought it definitely had some good insights on how to view your outward progress (even if it's slow for some folks):
